Brainpower Assets
- Community colleges with programs to train truck drivers, including highway experience
- Workforce Board: Recruitment and training innovative ways to recruit prospective employees
Innovation Assets
- Community college training for TDL

- Regional and county group working on a wireless communication. Another group has a grant for broadband communication to connect 16 counties
Branding Assets
- Multi-modal park: Green Circle, a Swedish company; connecting the company to the port caused the opportunity to create a multi-modal park
- Family Dollar: Rural community used this project to create a distribution park by getting infrastructure to an interstate interchange
Quality Connected Place Assets
- Part of Panama City has been increased its activity due to Green Circle. The part is connected with a short-line rail. This rail links to CSX and Norfolk Northern.
- new airport at Panama City, FL to cater to international and domestic activity. A new provate toll road to connect the Interstate Hwy system in Montgomery, AL I-85 and I-65.
