A Transportation, Distribution, and Logistics (TDL) competency model is currently being developed as part of the US Department of Labor, Employment & Training Administration Industry Competency Model initiative.
Please find below a link to the draft TDL competency model. The model is saved as a PDF document with links so the model can be navigated from the graphic (each block takes you to that section of the model). Also, there is a “Return to Graphic” link at the end of each competency.

ETA would like to use the TDL Community of Practice/TDL Regions Web site to gather information to inform the process of the developing the competency model for TDL.
For this effort, we would like to maximize the use of the Web by posting the draft model, and starting a threaded discussion to collect feedback from the TDL community.
