As I mentioned in the Community of Practice meeting at the Boston WIRED Academy, ETA would definitely like input on the TDL competency model that is currently being developed. For those of you that are not familiar, we are developing a competency model that will describe the foundational skills required for workers throughout the TDL industries.
The model is still very much in the early stages, so we are looking for help in defining its scope and content. This is a great opportunity to influence the development of what will become a nationally recognized model for what skills and competencies that TDL employers need. It's also a great opportunity to connect the development of ETA's model with the development of the skills database that the Arkansas Delta region will be undertaking through their NSF project.
